Jussi’s Chalets’s two magnificent log chalets are situated on the shore of Lake Ala-Juumajärvi in Kuusamo, right beside the famous Pieni Karhunkierros trail.

Every guest is personally welcomed and guided in the use of the chalet, nearby services and the many outdoor activities available in the area. Set on spacious private grounds in tranquil natural surroundings, the chalets offer stunning river and nature views.

Each chalet features its own traditional wood-heated sauna building and an outdoor bath pool (available at an additional cost). The chalets are heated using an ecological ground-source heating system.

Lake Side Sauna

Both chalets feature their own private lakeside sauna. The sauna building offers a cosy fireplace lounge with an extra sleeping space and a refrigerator. The sauna room is equipped with a traditional wood-burning stove and opens up to stunning lake views. The shower room includes a toilet, washbasin and two showers. Outside, you can relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the heated outdoor hot tub.

Viewing grill hut

The rental price includes the use of the rowing boat. Also there is a viewing grill cottage available by separate reservation on top of the hill for midnight sun or aurora borealis watching.
