In Kuusamo, North Finland, close to Juuma country village and close to the famous waterfalls and Karhunkierros hiking route, are located two spacious Chalets (150 sqm each) Each luxurious chalet can accommodate 6 people. Both chalets have their own sauna and there is also a further sauna at the lakeside.
At Kuusamo
Set on the shores of Lake Ala-Juumajärvi, the chalets enjoy a large private plot and complete tranquillity. Each chalet offers a private lakeside sauna for guests and a heated outdoor hot tub available at an additional charge. The chalets are heated sustainably with an ecological ground-source heating system.
A True Nature Lover’s Paradise
Step straight into the Karhunkierros trail network just a few hundred metres from the chalet. Skiing and snowmobile routes are easily reached, while excellent ice fishing waters await nearby. In summer, the legendary Paanajärvi trout can be pursued in the Kitkajoki River. The popular resort of Ruka is only around 30 minutes away.
